The Source

      The Source is a Windsor, Ontario based band that has been around since 1993. The current line-up includes original members Nino and Rick (this is the 3rd time Rick has been in the Band).Rounding out the current Line-up is Jimmy and Jay. The Source is a "High Energy Party Band" performing a lot of 80’s music with some 70’s and Today's music. They often get the crowd involved with the show.

      The band performs mostly in Essex County at Bars, Clubs, Festivals and Private parties. They also have played for different Charitable Organizations like The Cancer Society,MS Society and Crime Stoppers.

       In 1993, The Source started out with four Guys during the first four years playing a combination of great classic rock and current hits on the radio.

      Keeping up with the growth of female artists in the music industry, a female vocalist was added to the group around 1997. During the next seven years The Source continued on this path with female vocalists singing about half the night along with the guys singing the balance of the night.

      In 2004, The Source decided to change it's direction and go back to It's Roots with four guys playing some great party music.

       The Source isn't just a band.The Source is Non-Stopping Musical Machine that has been very fortunate to have some great musicans in the band over the last 15 years.We know that past members will show up once in a while and come up and jam.One thing for sure ,when you come out and see The Source, we give it all we got and make sure YOU have a good time.

The Band
The Moester (MOE) always making us sound good.	Nino
Rick	Nino has been thumping on the bass guitar for a long time. He put together the SOURCE in 1993. Some of the other bands he has been in were The Fashion,Tour de Force and China.
Rick used to play the Drums with The SOURCE and now is on keys and guitar. He is our Jack of all trades. Some of the bands he has been in were Hustler, Icy Redd and Hearsay.	Jimmy G.
Jay	Jimmy G. has played in many projects over the years including Soldier and The Fashion with Nino. He also runs a D.J. Company and a recording studio.
Jay is back in the band after a year of playing in a originals band in the states. He is a great rock drummer and has excellent pipes too.
